The level has many new [[enemies]] in it, such as the [[Blow Hard]], the firebar, and the [[Bullet Bill]]. The [[player]] controls [[White Yoshi]] as it goes through many spikes with the help of the Chomp Rocks. 

The first part of the level is inside a cave, and the second part is outside of it, in an area full of spikes.
