Super Mario Maker 2 is an upcoming game for the Nintendo Switch and a follow-up to the Wii U title Super Mario Maker. The game expands on its predecessor with new features such as a level style based on Super Mario 3D World, a 3D game; desert and snow level themes; and slopes. Super Mario Maker 2 will be released in June 2019.^[1]
