Big Wigglers appear as stage hazards in [[World 5-2 (New Super Mario Bros. Wii)|World 5-2]] in ''[[New Super Mario Bros. Wii]]''. They move on preset paths, and can hurt Mario and company if they run into them. However, Big Wigglers can also defeat [[Swoop]]s and most other enemies they run into, and players can bounce harmlessly off them to reach coins and blocks above; pressing the {{button|wii|2}} or {{button|wii|A}} button will do a high jump, similar to a [[Trampoline|Spring]].


Big Wigglers can hurt Mario by running into him while on their present paths. They can also defeat [[Swooper]]s, along with most other enemies upon making direct contact. Also, they don't get angry if Mario jumps atop them.
