Pokémon Pikachu is a handheld device Wario uses to raise a Pikachu. This is a treasure found by Wario in the Game Boy Color video game Wario Land 3. The item is based off of an Earth product released in 1998 under the same name around the time when Pokémon franchise was gaining speed.
