A collection of images of plushies uploaded to the wiki, ranging from adorable to cute-ugly.

This started as just me trying to organize all the Mario plushies because our current coverage on all plushies is super stinky, so here is an attempt to at least get pictures of the plushies. They're marked by year, then brand. Putting this into a sortable table will probably help a lot so people can sort by year or brand name, maybe character if we're willing to stomach a list article, but I suppose that's for later. I have to get images first.

The older plushes prior to around 2007 tend to have images from eBay listings because back then, online storefronts aren't prolific (I know, it can be hard to imagine if you grew up around the Wii and Super Mario Galaxy days), so these toys tend to lack stock photos that production companies tend to give out for stores. You can tell easily in this page how the photos change. There probably are production photos for these older toys but they're found in printed materials such as flyers or advertising pages on magazines, usually in Japanese because most plushies back then were made primarily in Japan. Locating stock photos for older toys, if they exist at all, is a really difficult undertaking. If you see listings after 2007 that look like they were cribbed from eBay or a photo off someone's bedroom in a Reddit post, it's probably one of those carnival/toy game rewards that tend to not have product listings online, e.g. the PMS/Gosh! plushies.

Luigi	San-ei Little Buddy	2015	10 in	From the Super Mario All Stars collection, replaces the 2009 version. Slightly larger than the 2009 version. Has lighter green fabric, darker shoe color, more curved sideburns, and longer head. Has a thicker L emblem.
Mario	BD&A Toysite	1999(?)	9 in(?)	Unlike Wing Cap Mario, the mustache is felt rather than printed, similar to BD&A's Luigi. Far less common in second-hand stores compared to Wing Cap Mario.
Mario	San-ei	2003	7 in	Mario's first standard-designed toy in the popular San-ei line, made and distributed in Japan to promote Mario Party 5. Features embroidered eyes and ironed-on M emblem (which is prone to damage). Main fabric material is different and older from the current San-ei iteration. Overalls are an entirely separate piece. Though not designed to be removeable, overalls can be removed. Due to its age and restricted distribution, as well as being used in several popular Super Mario YouTube plush videos, the toy and its size variants fetch high prices online, but it is also subject to bootlegs.
Mario	Gosh!	2006	?	Prize toy in United Kingdom only Design is a knock-off from the San-ei Mario Party 5 set, making it confused with bootlegs.
Mario	San-ei Global Holdings	2009	8.5 in (21.6cm)	One of the first widely available and sold internationally Mario plushies after BD&A plushies, especially during the advent of online storefronts. Released in Japan first, but later released in 2010/2011 to coincide with the release of New Super Mario Bros. Wii. Eventually replaced by the Super Mario All Stars version, which is slightly larger but otherwise has minor design changes. Likely set the standard for later Mario plushies, as later Mario plushies would adopt embroidered eyes and emblems.
Mario	San-ei Little Buddy	2015	9.5 in (25cm)	From the Super Mario All Stars collection, replaces the 2009 version. Slightly larger than the 2009 version. Emblem is wider, making it looked stretched horizontally, making it resemble less the emblem in the games.
