Please stop adding this edit back. The tweet doesn't confirm Magikoopa being one of the scrapped characters; it could have just been an animation he chose to accompany his tweet (specifically the "My head is spinning" part). Meant to add this in a summary before WildWario removed the appeal so I'll leave it here: Admin warnings can't be appealed, but I'll overturn the last one as I didn't notice the last edit mentioned several characters being considered, which is valid; sorry about that.
