Blizzard is a member of the Brothers Bear in Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie Kong's Double Trouble! Blizzard lives in a basecamp located in the northwest section of K3. Blizzard was originally the token polar bear of the Brothers Bear, but was changed into a grizzly bear in the Game Boy Advance port. Blizzard is wearing a red snow hat (changed to a construction hat in the remake) and a backpack containing supplies, including a blanket strapped to the backpack itself. Blizzard is trying to climb to the top of K3. When Dixie and Kiddy Kong first pay him a visit, Blizzard is surprised that they managed to find him high into the mountains. Blizzard also remembered Blue's birthday party but is unable to visit him because he lives far away and due to his mountain-climbing expedition. He gives the Kongs a present and asks them to give it to Blue in Cotton Top Cove.
