Gills IV is Captain Gills' third born son from Super Paper Mario. He tries desperately to fit in with his siblings: Gills Jr., Gills II, Gills III, and Gills V. He tries to lead the pack as they follow their father, but his fins are to small to keep up.
Like his siblings, he is raised as a Carnivore.
