I'd like to hear your take though before I undo changes in the other articles you edited on the subject, besides the main one, however. Thanks! [[User:Four-Twenty-Four Jake|Four-Twenty-Four Jake]] ([[User talk:Four-Twenty-Four Jake|talk]]) 1:31, September 17, 2023 (EDT)

:The other courses that don't have their music changed drastically also add instrumental enhancements to the soundtrack. For example, 3DS Neo Bowser City has an additional electric guitar at around the middle of the music, as does Wii Mushroom Gorge for the most part, albeit much less noticeably due to how drowned down it sounds compared to the rest of the music. As for 3DS DK Jungle and Wii Grumble Volcano, while nearly the same as their original versions, also have their own enhancements in order to make them sound more "orchestreated". Sure, DS Cheep Cheep Beach's music might be the most orchestrated of the others, but in the end, I find it essentially an enhanced version of the original DS music that was done in order to fit in with the rest of Mario Kart 8's orchestrated soundtrack, just like the other few courses I mentioned. ::Oh, interesting. I didn't realize that orchestrations and slight changes in notation did not count as overhauled music for the Mario Kart 8 soundtrack on this wiki. Though, if that's the case, it would necessitate adding GCN Sherbet Land (which features no significant changes in instrumentation), 3DS Music Park (which is exactly the same except for the replacement of MIDI guitar and trumpet with live ones), Wii Wario's Gold Mine (which is an exact transcription of the Outside Variant of Wii's for live instruments, save for a few minor changes), Wii Coconut Mall (which is an exact transcription of Wii's for live instruments), and SNES Mario Circuit 3 (which only features a new drum line, with all other parts covered by original instruments from the SNES). Given the examples I have given of other courses that fit your description, where should the line of "overhauled music" be drawn? Should we add these courses to the list in each of the articles?
