Para-Biddybuds make their first appearance in ''Super Mario 3D Land'', where they are found in groups and fly in circles or in lines. Some groups are seen one above the other or one after the other. [[Mario]] can defeat them with any attack, just like [[Goomba]]s. They generally appear in groups of five, though there are some levels in which less than that number are shown together or they appear individually.

While Para-Biddybuds do not physically appear as enemies in ''[[Super Mario Maker]]'', they appear on the icon of the Event Course [[Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker (level)|Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker]], which uses key art from the game on which it is based.

Said kart later reappears in ''[[Mario Kart Tour]]''. It has five different color schemes depending on the character driving it, two of which appear in ''Tour''. The Biddybuggy appears as a [[Spirit (Super Smash Bros. Ultimate)|spirit]] in ''[[Super Smash Bros. Ultimate]]''.

 

A Para-Biddybud [[Mii|Mii Racing Suit]] appears in ''Mario Kart Tour'' starting in the [[Doctor Tour (2023)|2023 Doctor Tour]]. This suit later appears in the sixth wave of the ''[[Mario Kart 8 Deluxe – Booster Course Pass|Booster Course Pass]]'' DLC for ''Mario Kart 8 Deluxe''.
