For future reference, the SMG Prima guide doesn't seem to mention this enemy at all, while the SMG2 Prima guide, only seems to refer to them as generic Topmen: "Use the Topman to bounce up to this ledge." :Alternatively, this could potentially be the true "base" Topman, similar to how the Octo Army has [[Octopus (Super Mario Galaxy)|a distinct and odd variation as its "base species"]]. I don't think this is a case like [[Koopa (species)|Koopa]]s, where there is no true base species.
