Boss Game 2 is the Donkey Kong level of Tropical Island in Mario vs. Donkey Kong 2: March of the Minis. It is a boss fight against Donkey Kong, featuring a cannon that can rotate along an arc and shoot at different angles.

Overview
In this battle, Donkey Kong remains on a floating spiked platform and attacks by throwing Banana Bunches. To defeat him, the player must shoot Mini Marios from a cannon. When shot from the cannon, a Mini Mario can bounce off the walls to hit Donkey Kong directly; however, if it instead hits the spiked platform or a Banana Bunch, it breaks. If all of the player's Mini Marios are destroyed, the game is over. If the Mini Mario reaches the top of the screen, it will land on one of four platforms, causing the coconut hanging from it to fall. With the right timing, these coconuts can fall on Donkey Kong and damage him. After Donkey Kong takes 6 hits, he is defeated.
