Battle text, Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door

Huge is a status effect from the game Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door and its Nintendo Switch remake. The Power Punch item gives the user or one of their allies this status effect. As its name implies, any character that is Huge will grow tremendously, boosting their Attack Power by two, for a few turns. The indicator for this status effect is a large blushing face that takes up the entire indicator box, or a circle surrounded by four red arrows extending outwards in the remake. The affected character's voice and sound effects also lower in pitch. It can be considered the inverse of the Tiny status, which lowers Attack Power by two.

X-Nauts and Elite X-Nauts can make themselves Huge by drinking a potion. Beldam, Red Magikoopas, ordinary Magikoopas, Kammy Koopa, Dark Wizzerds, Wizzerds, and Elite Wizzerds can make themselves or their allies Huge using magic.
