In this stage, viruses and shells are found on the left side and barriers are found on the right. When the stage begins, the top three rows of barriers are inactive while the rest of the barriers are active.

The timer is increased from 50 seconds to 65 seconds since version 2.0.0. Besides that, this stage is otherwise the same.

Completing this stage awards the player 500 coins.

Within a 110 second time limit, players need to eliminate all viruses (48) and destroy all crates (16).

In this stage, the barriers form four quartets, with each section containing twelve viruses surrounding crates requiring four hits to destroy the ones at the top portion and three hits to destroy the ones at the bottom portion. Active barriers are found in the middle column and inactive barriers are found in the middle row, with a shell in the intersection.

Prior to version 2.0.0, the stage layout was different. The following changes were made:

  • Timer is increased from 95 seconds to 110 seconds.
  • The bottom-left and bottom-right crates have reduced durability from requiring four hits to destroy to requiring three hits to destroy.

Completing this stage awards the player 1000 coins and a Staff Ticket.

The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses (25) and destroy all barriers (35).

In this stage, lines with six active barriers and a virus and lines with crates and three Brick Blocks containing hidden viruses alternate starting from the bottom-most line, with the second-last line containing five active barriers and two viruses, and finally ending with a row of Empty Blocks.

This stage will scroll for one line each time enough objects are cleared or enough capsules are added to the stage and will stop after 7 lines are introduced. Completing this stage awards the player 1000 coins and Dr. Dry Bowser.
