World 1-3 (Super Mario Maker for Nintendo 3DS)

Template:Levelbox World 1-3 is the third level of World 1 of Super Mario Challenge from Super Mario Maker for Nintendo 3DS. This is the only New Super Mario Bros. U style course in World 1. This is based on the same idea Bloomin' Goombas! uses (Piranha Plant on top of a Goomba). However, the course is very different.

Course layout

At the beginning of the level, a Semisolid Platform is found, along with a Goomba. Instead of just coins, the block above the Semisolid Platform contains a Fire Flower (which is needed to complete the medal goals). Instead of a pit, there is a lowered leveled ground. The three Goombas afterwards are now on three different levels (two of which are the Semisolid Platforms). The two lone Piranha Plants and the pit afterwards, along with the coin pattern leading to the second Semisolid Platform have been removed, and two sets of four coins in an arch appear instead. After this, the only pit in the level appears, though it is just one block wide. Three Goombas with Flying Piranha Plants on them bounce between two Trampolines. A Semisolid Platform can be found above the Goombas. Three Brick Blocks, one of which containing a vine, are four squares above the Semisolid Platform. The vine leads to a small area with a Big Piranha Plant with a Paragoomba on top of it, along with a second Fire Flower. Back down, there is a coin formation leading down to another Semisolid Platform. Four Goomba Towers, starting with two and increasing one each time, with a Big Piranha Plant on top of them block the lower ground area leading to the flag. There are Semisolid Platforms with coins leading to each other can help them out. This allows the player to reach the top of the Goal Pole.

Challenges

• Goomba - Defeat all Piranha Plants, and only Piranha Plants, and reach the goal.
• Bowser - Defeat all Goombas, and only Goombas, and reach the goal.
