Effect	Turns all onscreen enemies into Winged Clouds

A Winged Cloud Maker^[1]^[2] is an item that a Yoshi can use in Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island. It resembles a Winged Cloud. Using the item from the pause screen turns all onscreen enemies into Winged Clouds that usually contain one coin, Star, or extra life each. Just like other Special Items, it can be acquired in Bonus Challenges or by winning a Mini Battle Game.
