Template:SMRPG Moves The Weird Mushroom is an item the thief Croco uses in the game Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. The Weird Mushroom has a green cap with white spots. Croco uses it to recover sixty HP and raises Defence. He only uses one in the entire game, during the fight with Mario and Mallow at Bandit's Way. No other Weird Mushrooms appear in the game.

Trivia

  • The Weird Mushroom has the same coloration as the 1-Up Mushrooms in later games.
  • The Weird Mushroom has a slight resemblance to the Mid Mushroom, found in the same game, which Mario and his party use later in the game. It even uses the same sprite as the Mid Mushroom.
