Water Whirled is a 4-Player minigame found in Mario Party 3. Its name is a pun on "water world," which is a common name for water-themed amusement parks, and "whirled."

Gameplay

Players have to race in motorboats and complete five laps around a water-filled track. The player controls how fast their character's motorboat moves. Yet, at turns, if players go too fast, they will not turn well and will ram into the outer edge of the track, slowing them down. On the other hand, if players are too slow at the turns, they will turn faster than they move and end up either crashing into the inner wall of the track or heading in the wrong direction. If the player goes the wrong way, the word "REVERSE" will replace the words on how many laps are remaining for them and go on and off until they turn around to go the right way. The first player to cross the finish line after five laps wins.
