Hey, thanks! What do you mean by "users will start filling up this page"? That doesn't usually happen... did you contact other users and tell them to fill up the page?

- I placed {{Talkarchive}} on top of the page, but I haven't protected it because I'm not an admin.

- You mean a table of contents on this page? That appears when there are four of more sections. But you can add one manually anytime by adding __TOC__ at the top of the page. Hope this helps!
