The + Issue

I think this was discovered before – putting a + in an edit summary came up as blank. Apparently image names can't have it either... Wa _T^C_@^Y 00:13, 7 March 2007 (EST)

Moving Background

A moving background slows page time, so that's not the best choice. Additionally, an opacity of 100% makes the text nearly unreadable – an opacity of 10%, for example, would fade it enough to look nice. Regardless, I edited your page – just reupload any new bg to the same filename and hard refresh to see changes. Wa _T^C_@^Y 19:37, 12 March 2007 (EDT)

Why did you replaced the spiny and lakitu images from PNG to JPG?I see no differences in changing images.and please stop doing this or you'll face a 24-hour block.F g

Bytes don't matter. We have plenty of space to upload images so keeping them in PNG is okay. We're looking for quality in images, not worrying about the file size. Steve said we had plenty of space on his servers, and pick images for quality rather than size. So don't replace PNG images with JPG because PNG turns out as a better quality image, even if slightly better looking.Knife (talk) 21:45, 22 March 2007 (EDT)

Comparing it to Mario's health in a PM game, our server size would have to be in peril to warrant reuploading to lose a few bytes. Our server is not even in danger, and at a good HP (position). Image TAGS! (this time)

RAP, I've been noticing that you've been putting image tags on implied characters, places, and whatnot a lot recently. Don't take this offensively, but could you check if the subject of the article is implied/doesn't appear before adding a tag? You could do this just by reading the article; also, most members of Category:Implied are implied and lack pictures, although the latter fact can vary. --YellowYoshi398 21:27, 31 March 2007 (EDT)

Okay I've created the template. Subject means what article the image is mainly for. Source means where did the image come from (a direct source like a game or a TV show, not from another website). Total Size is added amount of bytes from all the revisions. Revisions is how many times the file has been reuploaded to. Got that? So it should be like this. {{License|enter subject|enter source|enter total size|enter revisions}}

Wait! What are you doing? You should use the template, not copy the source. Also, the header above the template should be ==Summary== and then place {{License|enter subject|enter source|enter total size|enter revisions}} under it. Don't copy the source. Under subject, don't label them as enemies, items, etc. Label them more specificly, like the Goomba image. Thanks dude.
