Da winter fashion

All the pictures came from gamespot. I was following when somebody uploaded Metal Sonic's artwork, and I tried to see if I could put more of the images down here and voila! OK, I've blocked all the IP entries of the user, so he won't use them again to create any other sockpuppet accounts. By the way, I removed the trivia from the article because it's too long and In my opinion, it is a quite clear feature seen in the game that I don't think it shouldn't be explained in this way. Sorry, but...

I got a message saying that my recent edits (saying that Birdo and Princess Peach shared bad chemistry in Super Mario Sluggers) were labeled as speculation. Since elsewhere on the page, it showed this chemistry, and good chemistry was listed, I don't see how it was speculation. Sorry, but can I have an explanation? PPF

About Peach's Outfit

Okay, so you see it's saying that this is Peach's second game to wear this outfit aside from the first time in the NBA game. That's not trivia merit, that's someone stating a very miscellaneous fact that has no relevance to the game overall. That's like if I put on there it was the whatever numbered time Daisy appeared in her sports outfit. It would be random and not needed in any manner. That's the kind of thing you say on her alternate outfits section on her own page. FD09

In all honesty the image is not even good for her page. Her appearance in the opening cinematic, although impressive is not her best. This model looks very different from the artwork from the game which is easily far better. Having Daisy standing next to Peach here is a bad idea, as it just makes people compare the two too closely. I think you can agree that I, being solely a Daisy fan and not a mario gals fan would understand what's at hand here. FD09

Well, his "style of editing" was mainly about deleting the Mushroom Retainer on the Super Mario Bros. article and replacing it with Toad. Before I checked the IP, I was confused that so many seemingly different users wanted to add this specific false information. Hello. I edited the article not only because of the long time that passed since the game's Japanese and North American releases, but also because Nintendo of Europe never made a precise announcement of a European release. The game was only introduced at NoE's website when it was showcased at the E3 (those pages have already disappeared). So we don't even know if NoE ever had plans to publish Mario Super Sluggers. In case of Australia, the game had its own page at Nintendo Australia's website, dated "TBD", but this page has been removed as well. Of course, if there will be PAL version in the future nonetheless, we can always change the article. But as of now, nothing has been confirmed. --Grandy02 09:33, 12 October 2009 (EDT)

I Don't Understand

What exactly is " general " about the quotes? Is there somewhere this is covered in some rule somewhere here? I thought the only times a quote wasn't applicable was when it was a short phrase that didn't count as an actual quote. As you can see all of these are. I really don't understand why you would do this when I came to you about how I fixed the page, now you go behind my back and remove all the quotes I spent time adding, quotes I still don't understand why you feel the need to remove. =[ FD09

Okay, then if you removed quotes because of the fact they didn't relate to her personality then you should remove ONLY those quotes. You simply removed everything. A quote remarking on what she is doing, i.e challenging the player to figure skating and replying to a loss obviously aren't personality related but saying something like "Better behave yourselves" or talking in a manner that shows her personality, which some of those quotes did include should not have been removed. Hm, nope. I checked both articles and the picture was nowhere else to be found. The only thing similar where pictures of the emblems in other games. Those had slight differences, like another background colour and such, so there presence should be justified in that place. Having a picture to look at will also improve the articles layout in that section. That said I see no harm done to the article if the picture stays there. OK OK, I got these images a long time ago actually. I was planning to upload all the images (600 of them) in one single day, but only got half of them done. I was saving up the images to beat Shroobario's images with 294 images, and beat him. By the time I uploaded half of it taht day, I forgot that I had the images still laying around in my folder until now. Sorry, I have now no idea where most of the images came from... but I think I used Google to search for them, just type in the keywords creatively to get the best results! ^_^ RAP...

Peach's article is unbalanced, undone, and simply put the first term that comes to mind is "slob-the-hog". I can't perfect Peach's article. I don't know enough about her appearances. I can't keep up with the overly constant edits made to it. The point is, however, Peach has appeared in so many games her article should probably be just as big as it is now with the addition of all the space Daisy's article takes up. Obviously, it isn't, that's the point.

The best thing I could say to do would be to follow Daisy's article as a guide, but make it better due to so much you can say with how many things Peach has done. FD09

OK, now that the short quotes proposal has passed - can I re-add that quote to the Cream the Rabbit article? The proposal said that shorter quotes are better and if that quote isn't added then the article will not have a quote at all because Cream never says anything else. Hi there, MeritC. I looked over the recent changes and noticed you've been removing Voice Cast sections from a few game articles.

I just wanted to say that I think these sections are indeed necessary, because there are some characters (such as Plum in Mario Golf) who have voice actors who are never heard from again, and, aside from the characters' pages, there's no other place to find the information. Alright, this time TimeQ has done something personal. Rather than edit all of the pages with broken formats, including their bio's, TimeQ has gone to the Daisy page and incorrectly placed all other media information in the main biography. He basically just through everything in there. This is ridiculous. It is obviously a personal attack on me. Princess Daisy

What's the problem with my edit? The original text is poorly written (sentences aren't allowed to start that way) and my re-write says the exact same thing, only more correct in terms of English syntax. Redstar 21:26, 24 November 2009 (EST)

You overrule everything you think you know everything about. The only time you seem not to is when you have reason to believe or know you are in the wrong, when in actuality you should talk about everything first. You can't just overrule others edits every time they don't agree with you.

First off, last time I checked the way a character's page is written does not discriminate against spin-off appearances. Especially in the case of a character who appears in almost every spin-off game. Secondly, Peach and Toadette are good friends why? Birdo and Peach are friends at all why? There is no point to even call them friends when the fact they have had bad chemistry means the opposite. The introduction is for vital information, and regardless of whether or not there was reason to believe those females are friends, Peach's relationship with Toad, Luigi, and Daisy is far more big and important to have them mention din the same area let alone th same sentence.

In fact you seem to think I said something about his edits to Peach's page? I'm talking about the message he left you right above this one on your talk page about the edits you overruled that he made to Daisy's article. And just because you say sports games don't count doesn't mean anything... I can't believe you of all people are trying to tell me the sports installments don't count for anything. By that logic nothing Daisy has ever done means anything. The Peach article edits you're doing

The article is good, but being a writer I've noticed issues of bad writing on many of the pages. An encyclopedia article should be concise and clean, so I'm working to chop down the writing to clear and to-the-point information, as well as format it into paragraphs much easier on the eyes. There weren't necessarily a "mess" of problems, but from my perspective some areas were badly written and I found other parts to have either redundant information or too much of it. Your Problem

What is it? You realize that almost everything mentioned in the opening statement is said in other places as well, this goes for both princesses. The point isn't that it's mentioned somewhere else, the point is it's of high interest. Why wouldn't you want people to know Daisy has a baby form? Not everyone who comes to Daisy's page will randomly look at MKW info, but most will read her opening info. You don't seem to understand you are not doing good for her page, you are doing bad for her character. I'm disappointed in your judgement at this point. Clearly I can't just start an edit war and add it back to the intro, but if you're smart and reasonable, you'll understand what I'm saying and kindly at it back yourself. FD09

You are suggesting that because a content doesn't have to stay on the page forever we should remove it. Look, aside from when I've been persistent or when you've locked the page, I have stopped before it got into a serious edit war. Some edits you have been making though, are just plain nonsense.
