Shroom/Mushroom[edit]

You know the proposal on Talk:Life Shroom? The proposal is proposing we split "Life Shroom" into "Life Shroom" and "Life Mushroom". I agree that the items have totally different effects but the proposal will have them split into exactly those two things. Now, the definitions of "Shroom" and "Mushroom" are the same thing; which means we will be creating an article ("Life Mushroom") where a redirect should be instead. Now, splitting it into "Life Shroom" and "Life Shroom (Galaxy series)" would be an applicable option, but the proposer isn't proposing that. So until he does that, I will not support and I beg that you don't either. Marioguy1 (talk)

Forum comments[edit]

just letting you know you can delete comments like what happened in the mario maker talk page in the wiki. you're allowed to remove comments that do not add or help the article in question out. BabyLuigiFire.png Ray Trace(T|C) 20:41, 4 January 2015 (EST)

alright, I'll keep that in mind, Smashwiki is much more strict in talkpage rules. Laikue (talk | contribs) 11:27, 5 January 2015 (EST)

Hey, what is your spike prediction.[edit]

What is it? I heard you mention it when you said he's not playable. Something about appearing in Bowser Party. Artwork of the Toad Brigade from Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker.Toad and his brigade!Toadette model CTTT.png 23:57, 21 January 2015 (EST)

I can't remember it at the moment, way too late at night. Ask me again tomorrow morning and I'll probably remember. Laikue (talk | contribs) 02:03, 22 January 2015 (EST)
What is your spike predictions? Request granted.Artwork of the Toad Brigade from Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker.Toad and his brigade!Toadette model CTTT.png 20:33, 22 January 2015 (EST)
Probably not gonna actually happen, but I had made a prediction that certain enemies and such would be available as items for Bowser, since, as it is now, it feels like there's not much for Bowser to actually do in Bowser Party. I also predicted that these "items" would be of boss enemies. I made this prediction months ago and I don't have much faith in it today, but it's still worth a mention here so it can go on record. Fixing up[edit]

Hello,
about your edit on Amiibo; please see Toa 95 (talk)'s edit on the page (revision 1792006) to see how sourcing is actually done.
Please avoid promoting unsourced or poorly sourced information. Cheers, Sudowoodo.pngSudowoodo(talk)Sudowoodo.png 15:28, 25 January 2015 (EST)

Thank you for the pointers, although, I do not need them. Laikue (talk | contribs) 21:09, 25 January 2015 (EST)
I'm glad to hear that. Sudowoodo.pngSudowoodo(talk)Sudowoodo.png 02:52, 26 January 2015 (EST)

Cite your sources[edit]

Hello,

seeing your edits on Amiibo, I would like to ensure that you know sources are supposed to be in the article, and how important they are. Your revision summary is not where you paste URLs. Saying "Walmart" and "I know I've heard of many AMERICAN wave 3 amiibo in the wild" is a very bad habit, especially after reverting another user's edit. You might be interested in Wikipedia:WP:V; MarioWiki is not that strict, but Wikipedia's article should give you a good idea about citing and its importance. Well, I just noticed I recently posted you another message about the same issue. I do not mean to flame, but please do read Wikipedia's article on verifiability. It will help both you and wikis you edit. Sudowoodo.pngSudowoodo(talk)Sudowoodo.png 10:06, 11 February 2015 (EST)
I added them, in case you didn't notice. At first, I didn't. Then when getting the sources because I KNEW I needed them I found that Walmart delayed nearly every amiibo, so I changed that back. I do not want to get into a war with you over this, but the only place I didn't officially cite my source is the news page. Laikue (talk | contribs) 11:13, 11 February 2015 (EST)
Eventually you did, after some very confusing edits, in one of which you reverted mine and recovered unsourced information. I insist that you get accustomed to citing references. I am trying to help the wiki by informing a fellow user, so I hope you are not offended by any means. Sudowoodo.pngSudowoodo(talk)Sudowoodo.png 12:43, 12 February 2015 (EST)
