Custom Welcome Template

It seems your old welcome template is missing some coding, which causes the template to extend indefinitely. A good example on this is on MarioComix (talk)'s talk page, making the pages hard to read. Looks like the template is missing a at the end. I could add this and correct the issue myself, but I'm not sure if this was intentional or not.
