This isn't a warning, and it's possible that you made a mistake by accident or without realizing it; this is simply a reminder for your information. When reverting images, you must provide a reason in the given field. Not doing so only confuses other users on why you made the change, and may extend to potential reversion-warring between users. If you are unsure about whether a past revision may be better than the current revision, please use the file's talk page to bring up a new question.

Also, please don't make repeated reversions to the same image. It only fills the revision history with redundant versions.

All the navigation templates that you are adding, you are adding to articles that don't appear in those respective games, and this is inserting false information into the article. You have already done other false edits like saying how Fooly Flowers appear in the first level of Yoshi's Island. If you continue with this behaviour you will receive further warnings.
