Wow, I really need some code to easily copy-and-paste. Creating tables from scratch takes way too long.

Template
I copied this code from a certain proposal here so everyone knows what it looks like. Of course, it's been classified "failed" now (I opposed it anyway), but I'll wait until I clear the whole sandbox to delete this. I actually realized that the code adds the page to some certain categories, so I cut that code from the template.
