I am Rot8er_ConeX (pronounced "roe-tay-tur-coe-necks"). I spend a lot more time on deviantART than I do here. In fact, the main reason I joined Super Mario Wiki was to join the discussion on the talk page of Super Mario 3D World, a game I am eagerly anticipating.

Games I've 100%ed

In real-world chronological order of release:

  • Super Mario 64 DS (Yoshi was extremely useful in helping me get the In-Under-21-Seconds Star in Peach's Slide)
  • New Super Mario Bros. (DS) (I've done it three times now, and the third time, while a few years after the other two times, I did entirely without an online guide.)
  • New Super Mario Bros. U (I would've gotten shiny stars, too, but for a small problem in Peach's Castle—2. I got the second Star Coin, lept up to get the midflag. I got high enough to trigger the midway flag, but not high enough to land on the orange bridge, so I fell in the lava and died. And then I had one life. And - I even think I said it out loud - I thought "I'm not losing the fact that I got one of the hardest Star Coins in the game in my opinion on the first try for something as trivial as a game over." So on the World Map I added a second player and spent the rest of the level juggling the two. Then I went back to Crushing Cog Tower to beat it for a save point.)

Games I've Beaten but Not 100%-ed

Games I've Played but Not Beaten

In real-world chronological order of release:

  • Super Mario Bros.: the Lost Levels (actually the All-Stars version. Was a little kid at the time, and was goofing off more than actually playing. Don't think I got past W1-3)
  • Super Mario Bros. 2: Doki Doki Panic (I think I ignored this after my first playthrough, because it was weird.)
  • Super Mario Bros. 3 (didn't get past World 1, same reason as for the Lost Levels)
  • Super Mario World (I remember hiding and playing during lunch in high school, on a friend's Game Boy Advance SP. I never got past Vanilla Dome because we didn't start that arrangement until the last week of school.)
  • Super Mario Bros. Deluxe (i could beast the Red Coins in World 1. My GBC's down button didn't work, and my brother had beaten it before me, so I couldn't go to any other Worlds.)
  • Yoshi's Island DS (I'm surprised I gave up on this one.)
  • New Super Mario Bros. Wii (I've 100%-ed Worlds 1-4, and haven't touched the other Worlds yet)
  • New Super Mario Bros. 2 (I've 100%-ed Worlds 1, 2, Mushroom, and 3 – minus a few Star Coin Paths I'm leaving as free save points for later – but haven't touched the other Worlds)

Games My Family Owns and I'd Like To Play but Haven't
