The Umbrella Yoshi is a form the Yarn Yoshis can transform into by going into a Transformation Door in Yoshi's Woolly World and Poochy & Yoshi's Woolly World. It appears in Bounceabout Woods and Snag-Stitch Mountain. During the transformation, Yoshi's body is replaced with an umbrella, being a red umbrella for player 1 or a blue umbrella for player 2.
In this form, the player has to fly across part of the level using 
to open and close the umbrella to go up and down. They can also attack enemies by dropping down on them. If they reach the end, they move onto the next part of the level. If the time runs out, they are transferred back outside of the Transformation Door.
