The 'Shroom:Issue 129/Staff Notes
Hey everyone and welcome to this month's edition of The 'Shroom! I hope you're all having a wonderful holiday season. Consider this issue a present from the 'Shroom staff and writers. This issue has several holiday-themed sections, and also sections that are highlighting the Wii U. The Wii U has been around for 5 years, and the Switch is a worthy system to take it's place. Stargazing (talk) has a special section for this issue, and you can find that here! Be sure to give it a read. It's also that time of year to see the End-of-the-Year Awards! We would like to recognize everyone that has helped The 'Shroom throughout the year, so thank you for everything you've done!

Welcome to the final issue of 2017? Certainly a quieter year in the 'Shroom than last year, but considering several of the shakeups and adjustments? I'm not complaining at all. Now, the main feature of this issue is the Director Election! Meta Knight and myself are planning to run again, but if you think you have what it takes to run the Shroom next year, then we invite you to step up and give it a shot! Rules and procedures can be found in the election page. Thanks to L o r d B o w s e r, we also have a special scavenger hunt in this issue! Be sure to check out his section for more details, and if you look around, you might find a couple items hidden in the sections of the 'Shroom. So get to looking, and see if you can find them all!
