it shouldn't be a "Category:Notice templates" it should be a "Category:User notices" I wish i could edit it but it is protected.

Description
Why do so many users put down block|length=indefinitely. You don't have to put that down if the user is blocked forever you can just put down block |reason vandalism as it will automatically put indefinitely if no timestamp is chosen.

Block template
Is it legal to put a fake Block template at the top of my talk page by taking the code and deleting the categorizing code? Just curious.
