This template should be used for articles under debate in a current proposal. If it is talk page proposal, place {{proposal notice|Talk:ARTICLE#PROPOSAL HEADER}} at the top of the article's page (substituting the name of the article and the TPP's header/title where indicated). If it is a regular proposal, place {{proposal notice|MarioWiki:Proposals#PROPOSAL HEADER}} at the top of the article's page (substituting the proposal's header/title where indicated). Once the proposal is completed, remove this template from the page.
