Tall Trunk's Big Slide
Template:Missionbox Tall Trunk's Big Slide is the second mission of the Tall Trunk Galaxy in Super Mario Galaxy 2.
Layout
Like with the previous mission, the player starts at the base of the big tree, though this time they need to use swings to climb up the tree and reach the Launch Star above. The Launch Star will send the player to a long slide the player needs to go down. The slide has many Spinies, regular and mad Wigglers, thorny flowers, and large gaps the player has to avoid. Additionally, the player can change how gravity affects them by moving around in the tunnels, and if the player leaves the tunnel while upside-down, they will fall and lose a life. If the player makes it to the planet at the end of the slide, one of the Whittles will reward them with the Power Star.

- The music that plays during this mission (when entering the slide) is a remix of the music for The Princess's Secret Slide in Super Mario 64.
