Tiptup is a banjo character, whose series aren't with Nintendo anymore.
Anyone knows why he appeared in Diddy Kong Racing DS while Banjo and Conker couldn't ? Seems weird how Nintendo would sell the rights for every Banjo charactet aside of Tiptup. 179.75.202.227 16:34, 10 August 2014 (EDT)
- Banjo and Conker had their own games while Tiptup has appeared as an NPC in the N64 Banjo games, when Rare was still Nintendo property. I believe Tiptup simply retained his rights to Nintendo, hence why he reappeared in Diddy Kong Racing DS.
