Platitudinous (talk) Tanooki Mario is the result of Mario wearing a Tanooki Suit. Therefore, the Tanooki Suit is in Super Mario 3D.

What is the source for the tanooki suit being called Washbär-Anzug in German? I am convinced it was called "Tanuki-Anzug" but cannot find a source at the moment. -anon
