Must the pages be separated?

It seems absurd that Super Bell Hill is currently a disambiguation page, giving a choice of the level from 3D World, or the same level with only minor modifications from Treasure Tracker. Yoshi Circuit doesn't need three pages for its appearances in Double Dash!!, MKDS, and MK8; this doesn't need two. The same is true for Conkdor Canyon, Shadow-Play Alley, and Clear Pipe Cruise. I'd fix it myself, but I can't move the articles back because the disambiguation pages exist at the names the articles should have.
