Does Stanley mention Herbert?

When Mario visits Gusty Gulch for the first time in Chapter 3 of Paper Mario, there are two Boos that will greet Mario. It is the first Boo who mentions that Herbert was eaten by Tubba Blubba, and the second Boo who is eaten by Tubba Blubba soon after.
