Is this even officially named? Also, a lot of info can be mentioned on the Ramp article, as the only difference is a small speed boost and no tricks.Knife (talk) 14:29, 18 May 2008 (EDT)

This article needs to be expanded. It's mainly based on Mario Kart Wii, and that's not the only game ramps appeared in. Lucina costume pose in Super Mario Maker Mario JC

I think that the ramps with boost pads on them are sometimes called Rainbow Ramps. Dunno if it's official though. Scr7 (talk) 15:55, 25 July 2013 (EDT)

The actual name of Boosted Ramps[edit]

It turns out that the Mario Kart Wii PRIMA guide gives a name to boosted ramps: they are known as Dash Panel Ramps, distinguished from ramps due to how the guide categorizes terrain types by the speed of the vehicle on them.
