Turn into a category?

I created this disambiguation page without much thought on what a disambiguation page actually is. Now that I have a better understanding of disambiguation pages, I'm wondering if we can turn this into a category, since it essentially looks like a category in disambiguation page form. ^(T|C) 01:12, 30 January 2019 (EST)

Yeah, you're probably right. Maybe I should instead just split everything in this disambiguation page into different subcategories; the notes in the Super Mario games would likely be under Category:Items, while Musical Note would likely be under Category:Animate Objects. ^(T|C) 01:41, 30 January 2019 (EST)
