- I think the justification is that it's a specific level/area interpretation of the location, similarly to why we split the different Bowser's Castles and Luigi's Mansions in the spinoffs. --

- No conclusion has been reached. I'm fine with where it is now, considering how much information is on it, however. Would be kind of a mess to have it merged into the overall article.

- Just to clarify, spinoff interpretations of Bowser's Castle and Luigi's Mansion are split because they act as race courses, sports stadiums, etc. This is the Mushroom Kingdom as a general location just like the main article, so this probably deserves a proposal if nothing else. - Just like why Donkey Kong Island in Tropical Freeze and Peach's Castle in NSMBU are split from their parent articles for those games, being distinct worlds in platformer games.
