Is this the data file? If so, I'm pretty sure you can't make it, or else we would have articles like Mario Kart Wii Licenses uper-Yoshi

- Becaues it is only in Mario Kart Arcade GP 2 and although it is in Mario Kart Arcade GP, it is a replacement. Mametchi-LoverTalk
