Official names?

Could someone please check for official names of these courses? ^(T|C) 20:17, 25 October 2017 (EDT)

Since the levels were deleted long ago, and there's no gameplay footage of any of them on the net, I'm afraid their names are lost. But someone could email a Nintendo official to obtain them... Breaking news. The first two levels are shown in this video and they are simply called "Nintendo 1" and "Nintendo 2". We can just assume the rest are called "Nintendo 3", "Nintendo 4" etc. :) -- -- KOOPA CON CARNE 11:03, 26 October 2017 (EDT)
