There's a warp glitch that, because left and right can't be hit at the same time on SNES, only works on emulators. We shouldn't add it, should we? -MarioManiac164

Another Glitch
At the boss fight on level 3-8, if you stand on the very first square of the platform and throw an egg at the Piranha Plant, that will automatically defeat him. I'm not sure if this is a glitch but it's definitely noteworthy.

Grunt glitch

Inventory display glitch
I'm not allowed to edit this page, but I've found a small glitch I would like to add. Anyone who reads this could test it to verify it (since it may not work in all version) and then add it. The glitch works in the EU/PAL cartridge versions, as well as the Classic Mini SNES version (which emulates the US 1.1 version). The wording may not be that good (English is not my first language), so feel free to fix any bad grammar.
If you have a full inventory of 27 Items and then use one Item, your Inventory will be slightly glitched. If you have your marker at the 26th Item, you can still go one more step to the right, despite there not being any arrow that shows you can scroll further. The 27th hidden Item will be an exact copy of the 26th Item, but cannot be used whatsoever. The Inventory returns to normal if you use another Item, or obtain one to once again max out the Inventory. Shy Guy Flippers glitch
When an Incoming Chomp got straight to the ground, i spitted the Shy Guy on a Ground Poundable stand and then the lower part of the flippers (the pointy parts) turned into that Shy Guy. The player has to spit the Shy Guy at a precise moment to make this glitch occur. It only lasts until you pass the flippers.
