Clown Car Glitches

You can put your glitches here for someone to add in, or to add in once you are able to edit the page. The glitches should be replicated by someone else, or if it's you doing a glitch someone else has done. Visual representation helps, but is not required. 12:19, March 13, 2020 (EDT)

Tree Glitch

In the Super Mario 3D World, I remember going at full speed at tree at the same time. What happened next had Mario climbing the tree in his jumping pose. I don't know how it happened and it was hard to trigger the glitch again..

I was able to do it in the desert style. I don't know if it's possible in others. Let's say that when the glitch happens, once we "eject" to the top, the animation where Mario finished climbing is shown like we climbed the tree normally. --GarfieldandFriends (talk) 22:00, August 12, 2020 (EDT)

Coin Count Glitch

Well. I joined the wiki specifically to mention this glitch, but newbies can't edit the wiki right away, so here we go.

Coin Count Glitch

 

If a Coin is modified with wings, a parachute, or both, then it is placed inside either a Brick Block or a ? Block within the Super Mario Bros., Super Mario Bros. 3, Super Mario World, or New Super Mario Bros. game styles, the game will assume that the aforementioned block has become a 10-Coin Block, but the block will only ever produce one modified coin. If this is done in a level where the Clear Condition is "Reach the goal after grabbing all (x) Coin(s)", the level becomes impossible to complete and/or upload.

 

Modified coins placed within Hidden Blocks or Note Blocks do not experience this glitch.

I found this, myself, while checking my levels' coin counts. See, I got the idea to remove the checkpoints and enable the "Collect Coins" clear condition. Imagine my surprise when I did this in one level and the game told me it had 341 coins when I knew it only had 72-or-so. Well, a lot of them are Wing and Parachute Coins in blocks ('cause you can't make 1-Coin Bricks), so… yeah. That's fun and interesting, hey?

Muncher Super Speed Glitch

You need to put a winged muncher in a pipe and get a power up and put a wall one tile away from the muncher. The muncher has to face sideways. You also need a wall above the pipe. All you need to do is stand on the muncher and wait until it goes in the pipe. You will gain an incredible amount of speed and can be used to get across wide gaps. I will try to give a picture of how to build it, but I can’t show it in action.

Also, the Bowser on slopes glitch has not been patched. I tested it out, and it still works. OhoJeeOnFire
