Yes all the friends look the same. Paper Jorge

OK. Just wondering. This is one weird boss fight. And the friends are weirder. 3D

Shoudnt we have a DIFFERENT article for the friens? - User: Ultimatetoad

A seperate article would be nice... If not four articles for all the friends. --YellowYoshi398 20:37, 12 January 2007 (EST)

awww... I just got to that fight. I was hoping Jojora would be one of your Allies. 8( Max2

Is Jojora really a girl?[edit]

Maybe a completely stupid question, but in the game, it's never explicitly stated if he/she's a boy or a girl... And in the French version, Jojora says: "Je suis l'ami de la famille descendante de l'Esprit saint qui gardait ce temple" ("I am the friend of the descending family of the sacred Spirit who guarded this temple"). It would mean that this character actually is a guy; the word "ami" should be "amie" if Jojora were female.

I know this is nearly a year old, but for reference, Jojora is referred as male exactly once in the Nintendo Power guide ("If you successfully counterattack Jojora and knock away his wand, he’ll leave the battle for a while, allowing you to focus on his friend." - pg. 107). However, Jojora is referred as female much more consistently in the Prima Games guide (pgs. 105-106 & 111-112). LinkTheLefty (talk) 08:17, 10 January 2016 (EST)
After just noticing this myself, I'm bumping this again. Our source hierarchy says Nintendo Power is more credible than Prima, so should the pronouns be changed (assuming the 3DS version of the games and guides do nothing different)? Alex95sig1.pngAlex95sig2.png 19:25, August 4, 2019 (EDT)

3DS remake changes[edit]

I saw in a video once that Jojora in-battle was changed in the remake: she no longer has omega-defense and she actually drops an item. Can someone confirm this? -75.179.18.235 17:29, 24 October 2017 (EDT)

Anyone? -75.179.18.235 20:02, 4 November 2017 (EDT)
I haven't got to that point in the game yet, but yes it's seen in various YouTube videos of the boss fight. – Owencrazyboy9 (talk) 20:09, 4 November 2017 (EDT)
