I'm pretty sure that Goombario was saying That there might be something beneath the pipes, but don't quote him (i.e. don't mock/rub) it in his face if hes wrong.

To update myself I'm thinking it's Goombaria now, as she (and Goompa) are listed as "Beta" party members. Don't they both follow you like a party member at some point? Should this be incorporated into the article? --Turkishcoffee 07:55, 3 April 2010 (EDT)

Japanese nameEdit

Since the other translations are also portmanteaus (especially the Chinese one), it seems more likely that the Japanese one is, too.
