From the article:

The Chop Chop Helicopter is on the outer part of the MSS Sea Star, and will already have all the 8-Player mini-games unlocked on it.

So as soon as I make a new file, every single 8-Player minigame will be unlocked before I even do 8-Player Party Mode?

I want to make sure that it is true, or I will remove it, and I don't have this game.
