Burnt vs. Burned

After doing some research, both "burnt" and "burned" are commonly used words, but I feel like "burnt food" is, in my honest opinion beyond a shadow of a doubt, the best way to word it on this article. Food in the Modern version of Chef

In the list of food in the "Modern version" section of this article, "Drumstick" has a question mark after it. The food item that looks like a drumstick can be found on the Game & Watch Gallery 2 article. Alex95 says it's not a drumstick. Does anyone know what the actual name of that food item is?
