Official name

The official name is Toride o Kakenukero!!. "60 seconds" is an unofficial name, so I'd like to move the page to "Toride o Kakenukero!!". Unfortunately I can't, because when I try, this message pops up:

You do not have permission to move this page, for the following reason: "60 Seconds" cannot be moved to "Toride o Kakenukero!!", because the title "Toride o Kakenukero!!" has been banned from creation. It matches the following blacklist entry: .*[!?‽¿]{2}(?<!!!!).* <moveonly>

Can somebody help me?

I fixed it. The blacklist entry didn't show up for me, for some reason.
