Japanese name

There is no {{anotherlanguage}} template, but the name comes from a Japanese dictionnary. Is it a translation of an official Japanese name? If, so, we should keep the original name and add {{anotherlanguage}}.

Yeah, the {{another language}} template was meant to be there. And I believe it is a romanized Japanese name, so it should be fine to remain as "Bow Balloon".
