If he wasn't named in WL3, but named in WL2, how is this part conjecture? We could put "A similar bird resembling Bobo" or something. Super-YoshiMust...eat...sig...Talk? C???

It's obviously the same bird if it looks exactly the same, has the same function, and is found in the same area unless otherwise stated. Tadaa!2.gifPlumberTadaaa!.gif 18:57, 22 December 2008 (EST)
Volume 11 of Super Mario-Kun has been discovered to reveal the names of the Wario Land bosses. Bobo is included as the bird, finally confirming that the two are the same. Tadaa!2.gifPlumberTadaaa!.gif 22:52, 22 December 2008 (EST)

Number of Hits

I have watched a few videos of Bobo battles in Wario Land 2 and The number of hits it takes to defeat Bobo appears to differ. In this video, for instance, Bobo is defeated after only three hits. Most other videos show the player jumping on him five times to defeat him. In this video, he is defeated after four hits, while a walkthrough of the game I've read claims it takes six hits to defeat him. Is there something that affects the number of hits this boss takes to defeat, or was the number of hits perhaps changed in different releases of the game or something?--vellidragon 10:58, 29 April 2010 (EDT)

I just fought him myself a few times and it always takes me six hits to defeat him. I'm changing it to six hits in the article until there's some more clarity on this.--vellidragon 11:12, 29 April 2010 (EDT)

I thought he took the same amount of hits as he did in Wario Land: Super Mario Land 3, which is three.M&L Just because you're in red doesn't mean you're strong. Have at you! 18:09, 3 February 2012 (EST)
The article has now mentioned the differing amount of hits.
