The Sumo Slap Stick, also known as the Beam Hand Stick, is an offensive item in Mario Kart Arcade GP DX. Upon using it, the player's kart will have a big slap stick on its right that will repeatedly swing for approximately five seconds. When it collides with an opponent's kart, it will squash it, which will have the effect of slowing the rival down, similar to the effect of the Mega Mushroom from Mario Kart Wii.
